Our experienced nutrition coaches guide you to a healthier lifestyle and/or better sports performance through personalized nutritional advice. We provide recreational, competitive and professional athletes with scientific and medically sound advice.

OPTIONS

A DEXA scan determines your body composition. You will gain insight into your bone density, weight, fat percentage and lean mass of the total body per region.

What can you expect?

During the intake conversation, we collect all relevant information to help you get the most out of your guidance. You will gain more insight into healthy (sports) nutrition and based on your goals and expectations, a nutrition plan will be drawn up tailored to your needs.


If desired, we will determine your body composition using the highly precise DEXA scan. This scan maps the fats, muscles and bones in your body (total and per body region).

Based on the detailed report, your energy consumption can be estimated more precisely and we set specific goals together.

Based on your current diet, your body composition report, and your daily activities, we will discuss the first action points and outline your personalized nutrition plan. There is plenty of time to answer all your questions.

During your further consultations, we always monitor the evolution of your body composition and adjust where necessary. Together we look at additional questions, custom recipes, variation lists and find a solution to any challenges.
