You’re only as young as you feel. But is that really the case? The biological age test gives you a science-based understanding of your fitness and health, revealing your real biological age. You receive a clear report packed with personalised recommendations to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle and become fitter.

We assess:

  • Cardiovascular fitness: how strong are your heart and lungs under effort? We measure your endurance capacity.
  • Physical fitness: flexibility, strength and balance: the building blocks of a resilient and supple body.
  • Body composition: what are your levels of fat, muscle and bone mass?
  • Lifestyle habits: how healthy are your everyday routines when it comes to movement, nutrition and sedentary behaviour?

The full test takes 105 minutes and is suitable for everyone, whether you’re new to exercise or looking to improve your overall wellbeing.



What can you expect?

To ensure your safety during the test, we ask you to complete a validated sport medical questionnaire in advance. Bring the results with you on test day. Based on your answers, you’ll receive a colour-coded recommendation:

We assess your body composition using a DEXA scan (type Lunar Prodigy), the standard for this type of measurement.

We measure:

  • Total and regional body fat percentage and fat mass
  • Lean mass (as a proxy for muscle mass)
  • Bone mass and bone density (an indicator of bone strength)
  • Basal metabolic rate (your daily energy needs at rest)

The scan also highlights any asymmetries between your left and right sides - for example, muscle mass differences between your arms or legs.

We use simple but scientifically grounded tests to evaluate your flexibility, balance, strength and power. Your results are benchmarked in relation to your reference group, giving you a clear view of your strengths and areas for improvement.

Your endurance is tested with an effort test on a bike or treadmill, lasting around 10–15 minutes. You’ll wear a mask so we can measure your VO2-max, which is the best indicator of aerobic fitness. Results are given as absolute values and relative to your body weight. You’ll learn how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exertion.

We use a recognised questionnaire to explore your lifestyle habits. How many hours do you sit each day? How active are you? How healthy is your diet? Your answers are compared with evidence-based guidelines. Our coaches will translate your results into personalised and practical advice that fits your life.

After a refreshing shower, we take the time to go through your detailed test report and recommendations. How do you compare to your peers? The combined outcomes of all tests determine your biological age. Our coaches provide targeted advice based on your personal results and goals – giving you clear guidance to take home and put into action.
