During the exercise test, we not only assess your fitness level and training zones, but also analyse how your running load evolves at higher speeds and with increasing fatigue. This provides you with unique insights into both performance and injury risk.
This package is suitable for recreational and competitive runners who want to train in a targeted way, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and injury prevention.

What can you expect?
Prior to the fitness assessment, an intake consultation takes place. During this consultation, we map out your sporting background and injury history. We discuss, among other things, your previous performances, injuries, objectives, and available training time. This allows us to gain a complete picture of your goals and expectations before the test begins.
The fitness assessment consists of a progressive exercise protocol on the treadmill.
During the test, we measure and analyse various parameters. Heart rate and lactate values enable us to assess your fitness level and determine your optimal training zones. After completion of the test, a cool-down follows, after which you can enjoy a refreshing shower.
The quality of your aerobic base, high-intensity endurance, resistance capacity, and previous training activities determines which training modalities are best suited to you.
We also evaluate whether training intensity needs to be adjusted based on your biomechanical load, allowing you to structure your training more effectively and reduce the risk of injury.
Your strengths and weaknesses are compared with those of your reference group and translated into concrete training recommendations.
Golazo Energy works exclusively with certified sport scientists who have extensive experience in applied sports practice, ensuring a scientifically sound and high-quality analysis.
During a treadmill running test, we measure your mechanical load using OnTracx. We use two sensors and test at different running speeds.
You receive clear insight into your loading zones, key left–right asymmetries, your injury risk, and how speed influences your running load.
In this way, we determine the expected load for your training sessions and can personalise your progression by adjusting your running speed in a targeted manner to match your load tolerance.
This screening therefore forms the foundation for creating your personalised running programme.
After the screening, you will receive a clear and structured report with explanations and key points from one of our experienced coaches.
Based on your biomechanical OnTracx screening, we develop a personalised and progressive load-based running programme, fully tailored to your individual load capacity and loading profile.
This programme is ideal if you are injury-prone or if you want to work purposefully towards a sport-specific goal while reducing the risk of overuse injuries.
The running load is built up step by step, using speeds that align with what your body can safely tolerate. The programme is therefore not based on the results of a fitness test, but focuses on a safe and gradual progression. This allows you to train in a targeted manner while minimising the risk of relapse or overload injuries. Through the OnTracx app, you can also easily monitor your progress.
You will receive a clear and structured report with explanations from one of our experienced coaches.
You also gain access to the OnTracx platform and app for continued monitoring and follow-up of your running programme.
